I seem to be plagued by incessant calls from the number 07863843984. Since 30th October 2018, I've endured nine separate calls from an outfit named National Survey. Each time I point out that they've got my surname all wrong - a detail they should have rectified as it changed about five or six years ago - they simply hang up on me. When I insist that they remove my number from their calling list, they just cut the line. This morning, I even requested to chat with a supervisor, and lo and behold, they hung up again! To top it all off, they’ve taken to ringing me at the ungodly hour of 7:30am! It’s becoming a bit of a farce, honestly.
