Got another call from EE today pushing a discount deal. This was at least the fourth one from different numbers. They were trying to sell me a 40% cut on my call charges and asked how much I’d spent last month. When I pointed out they should already have that info, they said it’s just a promo, not billing. Could hear lots of chatter like a busy call centre in the back, and it definitely didn’t sound like it was from the UK.
