Got a call from a woman claiming she was with BT, telling me that there were about 10 people signed into our internet right now, some maybe doing dodgy stuff. She said not to stress as our yearly fees supposedly covered fixing this issue. Thing is, we don't even use BT for our internet, and when I called her out on it, she just hung up on me.
