7 monthsGot a call from someone who said they knew about my financial stuff, but even after asking them to slow down a few times, I couldn't figure out which company they claimed to be from. They at least got my first name right, but I’ve never dealt with any business like that. The accent wasn’t British and I could hear what sounded like a busy call centre the whole time.
