Got a ring from this number but didn’t pick up and no voicemail either. Seems like it’s probably a scam call or something dodgy.

Got a call on my mobile from what seemed like a call centre. There was a lady with a strong Indian or Pakistani accent, and I couldn’t quite catch what she was saying. Had to ask her a few times to repeat herself. At first, I thought she said "waterforce" or something like that, but it turned out to be Vodafone.

I received a call that supposedly came from Vodafone, claiming I could snag a discount if I renewed my contract right away. Seems dodgy to me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, but it was totally a scam. Be careful, these fraudsters are getting clever!

Heads up, this is a total scam, so don’t get caught out! Loads of folks have reported losing big sums of cash this September thanks to these dodgy scams. They’re getting worse, so never hand over your personal or bank info under any circumstances. If you get a suspicious call, message or letter, make sure you report it to Action Fraud straight away. Got a call from someone pretending to be Vodafone, saying I could save money if I renewed my contract with them. But the phone number they used was a dead giveaway that it wasnt really Vodafone. Just a spam call trying to trick you.
