Total scam, no doubt. I didn’t pick up but they left a message about some “incident near the northern Wales border” and told me to “press 1 if i don’t want anything done to my NIN.” Even though I knew it was dodgy, it still gave me a bit of a fright for a moment. I imagine it would freak out anyone not clued up on these scams.
