I got a call from someone claiming to be with PGS Consulting or a name that sounded quite alike. They tried to sound all professional but it definitely felt suspicious to me. Felt a bit dodgy like they were pretending or trying to trick me or something. Not sure if they were a legit company or just scammers using a similar name. Watch out for these kind of calls!

Got a call at our Museum's front desk from someone trying to switch our broadband and card payment service. Totally a dodgy scam, no doubt.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was from Birmingham asking about cars we're selling (we're actually up in Yorkshire). I suggested he look us up on AutoTrader using our postcode, but he just wouldn’t let it go, kept pushing me to list out every car we’ve got. Kept annoying me to give him our website info even though I said it’s still being worked on so there’s nothing to see yet. Felt quite odd, sounded like he was in some call centre with lots of people chatting in the background.

I got a call from some Indian call centre about selling card machines, sounded legit so I picked up on my work phone. Now they just won’t stop ringing me, no matter what. I've had to label them as "SCAMMERS" in my contact list cause it's so annoying how persistent they are!

Got a call from someone trying to sell me a card machine, sounded like a total scam to me.
