SCAM ALERT been getting loads of calls from this number for months. Honestly, it’s driving me mad. Even tho I’ve blocked it using BT call protect, they still manage to ring through somehow. I keep my answerphone on all day and night and only ring back if I recognise the number. But these lot leave loads of messages, which fills up the machine and stops real calls from getting through. Really need to get this sorted properly, it’s ridiculous.

TOTAL SCAM and ANNOYANCE. I’ve reported this number to BT loads of times since I have call protect, but it still manages to get past. Not sure how they do it. They’re pretending to be from some window cleaning and central heating offer. Reporting once more, if it carries on I’ll have to involve the police because the calls are coming through to a health centre!

Got a recorded call about some government window scrappage scheme. I waited till the end and then hit the option that said I was interested. A real person phoned back, and I let them have it, telling them to take me off their call list. They ended up swearing at me and just hung up.

SCAM - BT call protect has blocked this number for me but it still keeps ringing. Luckily it cant get through cause its blocked but I saw it pop up 8 times in the last few days in my blocked calls log. TOTAL RIP-OFF AND ANNOYING. Was hoping it was an expected call from a mobile, but the number doesn’t show up when I try to ring back. They keep phoning, claiming to be some government scrap program for double glazing. No idea what government they mean, but it sure ain’t a UK one. Got a call from this number today (Sunday) around 4:30pm. Totally a SCAM - they claimed it was some sort of windows replacement program. They keep using mobile numbers now, probably so it’s trickier to track them down. Really think the cops, OFCOM, and phone providers need to work together to put an end to this growing problem. These calls aren’t just annoying, they’re downright intrusive, and usually target older, more vulnerable people.

Got a call on 20th June around 5:15pm from a recorded message about some window recycling program. Rang back but a message said “the number you dialled isn’t recognised” or something like that.

Got a call right in the middle of England’s World Cup match. No one spoke when I answered, so I just left the line open so they could listen to the commentary. Would be great if they actually got charged for it! Ofcom really needs to clamp down on these annoying calls and take legal action. We probably get at least 3 every day, not even counting the ones from abroad. We’ve been on the telephone preference service for well over a decade, but it honestly feels like it does nothing at all.
