This is like the tenth call I've gotten in a fortnight, always claiming to be from Amazon Prime.

Somebody rang me up saying they were from Amazon, telling me there was a payment I had to confirm for an iPad I supposedly bought. Felt fishy straight away.

I got a call from a woman with a really clear English accent saying there’s some kind of issue with my order - it was for an iPhone 11 Pro, cost £799 and had the order number AMZ032459. She told me to press a button to chat with someone about sorting it out.
