Got a prerecorded call 'claiming to be Amazon' telling me I'd just purchased an iPhone 7 for £399.99 and to press 1 if I didn't. Typical scam from some random Indian caller trying to trick you into letting them install spyware so they can nick all your cash. Luckily, 'Christopher' with his Indian accent gave up and ended the call before I could ask if his 'windows repair service' also sorts out wonky hinges and steamed-up double-glazed windows!

Received a dodgy call purporting to come from Amazon. They claim I’ve ordered an iPhone 7 - do they even still produce those anymore? If that’s not the case, they prompt you to hit ‘1’ to get in touch with their so-called ‘customer services’. Upon pressing ‘1’, I was connected to a typical scam artist from India, but regrettably, they weren’t in the mood for banter and abruptly disconnected the call. I was half expecting a chat about ‘fixing windows’ to involve some cheeky advice on defogging them instead! 😂
