Got a call on this number from some bloke saying he was with Carphone Warehouse, talking nonsense about upgrading my phone. When I said I’ve never dealt with them before, he just cut off straight away. No idea if he was daft enough to use his real number or if it was another case of number spoofing, but either way, it felt like a dodgy call from abroad trying to scam me.
