Some bloke with an Asian accent rang me, saying he was from Sky and wanted to test my internet speed. After a bit, he asked for my name - daft me, I told him. Then I asked why they needed that, surely they’d already have it for security? Didn’t sound right so I ended the call and rang Sky directly. They told me it was definitely a scam.
