Got a message claiming to be from Domino’s about GDPR, but it looks a bit dodgy to me. Normally, when Domino’s texts me, it shows up as “Dominos” not just a random mobile number. Seems odd they’d use a normal phone instead of their usual ID. Anyone else get this or know if it’s legit?

yeah, I got a message from dominos too. Seems real enough since the company actually said on twitter that its legit.

I’m a bit iffy about whether this is actually Dominos pizza, given it’s just a regular UK number. I don’t fancy taking the chance replying to it. It’s not a number I’ve seen before or trust really.

Heads up - I answered a message from this number, and within half an hour, some complete stranger rocked up at my door delivering two pineapple Dominos pizzas. Obviously, I phoned the cops straight away. Seriously, who even likes pineapple on their pizza these days?!
