My dad hasn’t any insurance, but he keeps getting a text saying something about a non-fault accident he supposedly had in the past three years and that he might be entitled to compensation. Really odd! When I tried ringing the number given, it just told me the number wasn’t valid or recognised. Bit confusing, to say the least!

My wife got a message from this number about some accident where she was supposedly not at fault. Thing is, she hasn't driven since 1977 back in Namibia, so there's no way she was involved. I also got a call from a different number on our landline with a similar story.

Got the exact same txt as the one mentioned before. Its only been showing up lately, so I reckon I might of accidentally given my info to some random site while hunting for a job. Watch out peeps and dont skip reading the tiny text at the end - they use that to sneak info from you. Just another one of those dodgy scam messages coming outta nowhere.

On the 29th of April 2014 around 4pm, I got a message from this number saying I might have been involved in a non-fault accident within the past three years and could get some compensation. It asked me to reply YES if I wanted more details. Seemed a bit suspicious to me.

Got a dodgy text claiming something totally made up. It was so blatant it was almost funny. The message read something like: “According to our files, you might've been involved in a no-fault crash within the past three years and could be due compensation. Reply YES to learn more.” Complete rubbish!

Got a message saying they have me recorded in some accident I supposedly wasn’t at fault for. Total rubbish, as they obviously don’t know me and I haven’t had any crashes. I replied with a text asking them to provide full company details so I could report them to trading standards for breaching the Telephone Preference Service regs. Haven’t heard back since, so looks like it actually has an effect. You can use that response if you want to!
