Got a strange text about car loans from Carfinance247, never signed up for anything like that. Looks a bit dodgy to me.

Out of nowhere, I got a message about car finance, which I've never even looked into. The text said to reply STOP to unsubscribe, but I just blocked the sender instead. I’m guessing if you do text STOP, it might actually charge you. After that, I reported the number to all the spam watchdogs I could find so maybe the scammers can experience what it’s like to be on the receiving end of annoying calls. Hope they enjoy it!

I never agreed to any car loan or finance. I don’t own a car, nor do I have any interest or need for one. This is completely false.
