I’ve no clue who Ideal Heating are, got a couple of messages from them though. Something about a letter I supposedly got about a safety upgrade for an Ideal boiler or something. They said if I give them a date, they’ll see if it’s free. If not, they said they’d sort the next available slot. They asked me to text back with my house number, postcode, and when I’m free. They also said if I’ve already had the upgrade done, I can just ignore the message. No Idea Heating, honestly. Pretty confusing receiving texts like that out of the blue.

Didn't get any letter as well.

They keep sending messages saying I need to set up a direct debit again or the charges will go up. It's always just text messages, no calls or anything. No clue what BSE refers to either.
