I sent a message telling them I’m their assistant since texting is quicker than phoning.

This has been a nightmare, someone is using my details to get upgrades and kit from EE. I've told them loads of times to lock my account but they still send out a PIN so anyone can get in. Really frustrating!

Received a message saying it was from EE, so I called them up and they told me it was best to just ignore it.

Got a dodgy message the other day asking me for my bank details, obviously a scam. Be careful, folks!

I got a text supposed to be from EE but the sender showed up as just 150 or sometimes EE. It felt pretty dodgy, so I didn’t reply or click any links. Not sure if it’s a scam but it definitely didn’t look legit to me. Be careful out there!
