It's absolutely maddening how these debt collectors are pursuing people over debts that don't even exist! I'm left wondering where on earth they're sourcing such personal information. Isn't there some sort of GDPR regulation in place to prevent this kind of invasive behaviour?

I’ve received messages purporting to be from a credit agency claiming that I have an outstanding debt with British Gas. However, after checking with British Gas directly, I can confirm I owe them nothing at all! This seems to be nothing short of a scam. The messages look very convincing, which is quite concerning!
