Totally a scam, really obvious one too. Just had a look at the last review and it’s so fake. Since when does a bank give out a mobile number anyway?

I wanted to share my experience about a number I flagged before, +44(7860015175), after I got a text from them about possible fraud. Also, there was another message telling me to ring 08082800401, saying it was Santander, but I thought it might be a scam. Well, I was wrong guys! To be sure, I called my bank directly using the number printed on the back of my card. Turns out those suspicious transactions were real, and I’ve sorted it now. Always best to double check by ringing your bank on the official number if you’re unsure.

I got a message from a number claiming to be Santander (0808280090), saying there’d been some dodgy transactions on my account. It said the next message would come from 07860015175 (with a +44 at the start) and to reply Y or N and enter my PIN 978. This was clearly a scam! I contacted Santander straight away and they told me someone was trying to break into my account. I’ve reported it to the Fraud Squad now!

Got a call and text saying they were from Santander, saying my mum’s card was used at Primark for £79. They wanted her to text back Y or N. Mum's actually in a nursing home after a bad illness, so luckily she didn’t pick up or reply!

Got a call claiming to be from Santander saying I’d bought something at Argos. I told them no way, my bank’s been hacked. Watch out for this scam!!

Got a call from someone pretending to be Santander, saying there was a dodgy transaction at Domino's on my card. Totally a scam, don’t fall for it!
