I keep receiving text messages from this particular number, and they're always along the lines of:

It then goes on to include three sets of hexadecimal digits.
As these messages originate from overseas, I find myself being charged €0.30 every hour.
The best way to deal with this hassle seems to be to simply block the number altogether.
