I made the silly mistake of trying to "register my Vanquis app" after getting a text from 07984 357488 - total SCAM! Then, not long after, that same dodgy number sent another message from 07860 010682 asking for survey info or something else weird. I rang up Vanquis Bank straight away, and they told me those numbers have nothing to do with them. So, if you're with Vanquis and get a message, remember it should show as 'Vanquis Bank' on your phone, never just a random mobile number like this. Stay alert, folks!
