7 yearsI’m having quite the bother getting rid of this from my phone. It’s just a blank message!7 yearsI received a message earlier today and shot a reply back. Should I be worried about getting scammed or something along those lines? :S8 yearsI got a message supposedly from TalkTalk asking me to reply with 1 to confirm my attendance. Then it dawned on me that I had already confirmed earlier! I've gone ahead and blocked that number now.TalkTalk8 yearsI got a message from this number informing me that a TalkTalk technician will be visiting on Monday between 1 PM and 6 PM to sort out my service. Coincidentally, I do have an appointment with TalkTalk on the very same day during that timeframe, as I'm in the process of moving. I initially thought the text was genuinely from them, so I replied. However, I haven’t heard anything back since then, and I’m planning to reach out to TalkTalk for clarification.TalkTalk8 yearsSimilarly to what others have mentioned, I’ve received notifications about appointments I never arranged. There are ominous warnings about potential charges if I fail to attend. Quite perplexing, really!9 yearsI've been inundated with messages from this numpty about TalkTalk. It's best to just disregard them. Clearly, it's just some bloke who seems to have a few screws loose. One can only hope the authorities are on to him and that he’ll soon find himself in front of a judge.TalkTalk9 yearsI received a text message from Carphone (which I mistakenly thought was Carphone Warehouse, causing me to worry about a potential scam) on the 12th of May stating that my order had been successfully processed. It mentioned that I would get a confirmation from Talk Talk shortly after. On the 23rd of May, I got another message from Talk Talk regarding the installation of my new phone and broadband line, with a rather intimidating warning about a fee for any missed appointments. Today, I received yet another message confirming this 'appointment', stating they’d arrive sometime between 1 PM and 6 PM. They asked me to reply with either a 1 if I'm available or a 2 if I can't make it, once again threatening a charge for missing the appointment if I don't reschedule by midday on the working day prior. That makes three messages already! It's beyond frustrating!Carphone WarehouseTalk Talk10 yearsI recently received a similar call from TalkTalk requesting my address for emergency services. I’m absolutely perplexed as to how they managed to obtain my phone number!TalkTalk11 yearsReceived a rather suspicious text the other day... It was from TalkTalk, claiming that the Emergency Services are concerned there might be an issue with the address they have on record for me. They stressed the importance of having the accurate details since that’s the location they'd dispatch help to in case of a 999 call. They urged me to either reply with my complete address linked to my landline or to ring TalkTalk at 0870 444 1820. Quite alarming, if you ask me!TalkTalkEmergency Services11 yearsCan anyone shed some light on who's been sending me messages?Submit Your Own Report (07860 003298)
