Just got a text from a number saying it’s Natwest, claiming there was a transaction attempted to a new payee at 21:44. The message said if it wasn’t me, to go check this sketchy link: [#]nwest-newpayee[###]/verification/login. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with Natwest. Seriously, don’t click anything or reply, even if the number looks legit. It’s definitely a scam.

Got a text from this number sending me a link to what looked like Natwest's website, but it’s actually a fake page. The weird thing is, the number is just a normal mobile phone one. Be careful and don’t put any of your banking info in - it’s definitely a phishing attempt!

Got a text saying "Natwest: Someone tried to add a NEW payee at 21:44PM. If that wasn’t you, go to [#]nwest-newpayee[###]/verification/login". I have an account with NatWest so part of me thought it might be legit, but the message came from a normal mobile number, which made me suspicious. Not sure if it’s a scam or real.

Just got a text saying there was an attempt to add a new payee with a link like nwest-newpayee[###]/verification/login. Pretty obvious scam really. I don’t even have an account with NatWest, so totally fake!
