Got a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming I’d been charged an extra £149 on some appliances and that I’d get it back within a day. When I asked which appliances he was talking about, he finally said washing machine. I then asked where I bought it from, but he just dodged the question and kept repeating himself. Then he started asking for my date of birth and if I was still using the same card. I told him I didn’t even remember what card I used and kept pressing him about the store. In the end, he just hung up on me! Total scam.
