They claimed to be from my phone contract company but never mentioned they had anything to do with Carphone Warehouse, even when I didn’t bring it up. When I asked who exactly they were, they just insisted they were my phone provider. Then out of nowhere, they said Plusnet, which I know isn’t right. I kept telling them to take my number off their lists but they refused and eventually just hung up with a sigh. I’ve now blocked the caller and will be warning others that this looks like a scam.
