Got a call from 07989341363 claiming there was an issue with my National Insurance number. They told me to press 1 to sort it out, but I didn’t fall for it. Watch out, as pressing anything could let them get into your accounts. Make sure to avoid interacting with calls like this!

This number kept ringing me and they told me to press 1, saying my National Insurance had some problems. Honestly, do not do what they say because I’m pretty sure they’re trying to steal info or maybe send a virus to hack your stuff. It’s best to just ignore those calls.

Got a call from some dodgy bloke, I think he was from India or Pakistan, claiming to be from the NHS. He was spouting rubbish about my life insurance not covering covid deaths but somehow the NHS would sort it out. Then he started asking for my insurance info and bank details! Creepy thing knew loads about me already. This is the second time they’ve called - blocked the first number but they just rang from somewhere else. Proper scary stuff.

Got a call from a bloke in the background of what sounded like a hectic place. He asked if I had any symptoms of covid or any life insurance, which I said no to. Then he thanked me and out of nowhere said, and I’m quoting here, ‘you have a really nice voice.’ That’s when I got a bit wary. Weirdly, he already knew my postcode but never asked for anything else, which seemed odd if it was some kind of scam.

The caller spoke with a really strong accent and said they were calling from the NHS. They started talking about Covid, track and trace, and even mentioned the Covid app on mobiles, which felt a bit dodgy. Then they started asking about life insurance and claimed the NHS could assist claiming if the insurance company refused payouts for Covid cases. I kept throwing questions at her that she clearly didn’t know the answers to. In the end, she just gave up and ended the call.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent, he was asking if I had any covid symptoms and if I had life insurance. I questioned why he wanted to know, and he said it was a survey for the National Health Insurance. I asked if he meant the NHS, but he insisted it was the National Health Insurance. I pointed out that NHS stands for that. Then I wondered why the NHS would be ringing me from a mobile number, and he said they use internet calls. I told him the NHS has never phoned me from a mobile before, and after that, he just stopped.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming he was with the NHS and somehow knew where I lived. Oddly enough, he kept calling me by my first name, not my last. He started chatting about Covid, asking if I’d stayed safe and was free of it - I guess to make it sound legit. Then he tried to get me to talk about my life insurance and how much I was paying, but I didn’t give him a thing. Once I shut that down, he quickly ended the call. Definitely a SCAM, stay wary!

I got a call from a woman with a heavy Indian accent who was really struggling with her English, claiming to be with the NHS covid tracing team. We had a quick chat about how I'd been handling things with covid, but then out of nowhere she started asking loads of questions about my life insurance. I got a call from this number where the person claimed to be with the NHS regarding Covid. They started by asking if I or anyone at home had any Covid symptoms. Then they went on about what sort of insurance I have for Covid, if it covers just me or my partner too, and how much I’d have to pay. They even asked if I still live at the same place or if I’ve moved recently. The weird thing was, the caller’s accent sounded like he was from somewhere in the Middle East or something.
