I got a call from the number 07858 457991, which turns out to be linked to Telefonica UK Limited based in Slough, Berkshire, specifically at 260 Bath Road. It's run under VMED O2 SECRETARIES LIMITED, and apparently this company has over 160 similar secretary roles registered with Companies House here in the UK. The main people in charge are Patricia Cobian and Enrique Medina Malo, both Spanish, and they’ve got about 33 director positions connected to their names on Companies House too. Seems dodgy to me, so watch out!
