I was in hospital waiting for a crucial appointment when this number rang me. Figured it might be the hospital or maybe something about my son's nursery. I asked if it was something urgent, told them I was in hospital, and they just laughed, saying it had to be important otherwise they wouldn't even bother. I just ended the call right there!
