some woman called saying she was from a debt advice group or something. i asked where she got my number from and she got really defensive and wouldn’t say. then when i kept pressing her she just hung up on me.

They keep ringing me non stop, any time of the day. I tried blocking them with the 180 app but they just keep popping up with new numbers. I've reported this to the Information Commissioner’s Office via www.ico.org.uk and I’d recommend others do the same. Writing to your local MP is important too, as they can bring it up in parliament and push for laws to stop this kind of nuisance, similar to how cybercrime is handled. No laws broken yet, but it’s only a matter of time if you answer their calls!

I've been getting calls all day from a number I don’t recognise, it rings every couple of hours. Whenever I pick up, the call just disconnects immediately. No clue how to make it stop though.

They ring me non stop all day from dawn till about 9 at night. Whenever i pick up, they just cut off which is so annoying. It really messes with my peace and feels like they’re just invading my private space for no reason. Such a waste of time!
