Got a call from some automated voice claiming to be HMRC, saying I'd ignored letters and might get a warrant out for me. Total rubbish! Seriously, just don’t pick up if you get calls like that. HMRC never ring you direct like that!

got a call from someone saying they were from hmre about a tax refund i was supposed to get. they sent me a link to click, but it was something like hm.rc which seemed dodgy. if it was legit, i know hmre would have sent me a letter first so i didn’t trust it. probably a scam.
