Got a message from Halifax about some weird stuff going on with my account. I googled the number and seems like it's a scam. The login page looked spot on, which freaked me out cause I also have an account with Halifax and could’ve totally been tricked.

Just got a message saying there’s some dodgy activity on my Halifax account, and it had my real name in it. They wanted me to click a link to verify stuff, but the link was totally off, nothing like Halifax - something like hifesystem or something weird. I forwarded a screenie to Halifax fraud at security@halifaxi### to let them know.

Got a dodgy text pretending to be from Halifax, even though I've never had an account with them. It somehow had my real name and included a link trying to phish my banking info. Definitely a scam.
