Yesterday I got a call but I just didn't pick up.

I got a call from someone claiming they were from the citizens advice bureau, saying my details had been passed on by some debt collectors. I asked them to back it up with proof and then they just dropped the call. No idea how they even got my number since I only got it a couple of days ago!

I’ve been getting loads of calls lately from unknown numbers and usually ignore them. I’m pretty cautious about ringing back so I check the who called me site to see if there are any reviews about the number first. If anyone here has picked up when this number rang, could you please leave a comment? It’d be great to know what kind of company it might be before I decide to answer.

So I got a call from a woman working for a charity just now. She was asking if I’d be interested in making a donation, and I said yes. It was quite a pleasant chat, which was a relief since I get loads of dodgy calls these days. Glad this one wasn’t a scam!

So this bloke Daniel from some debt company rings me up, full of threats. Absolute muppet. I told him I lost me job recently and cheekily said he should pop round with a mate if he fancies. Been on furlough for six months then got made redundant, so I'm not expecting them anytime soon, but would be a laugh if they did.

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be Daniel Smith, giving out debt advice but just throwing around threats. Proper dodgy.

I called them back but the number wouldn’t come up on my phone. They ended the call on me first, so yeah, that says it all really.
