I just got a call from a “Susan Wilkins” claiming to be from Microsoft’s Technical Support. When I asked for details, she gave a phone number and even an employee ID when I said I’d ring Microsoft myself! They said there was some kind of error on my computer, but I don’t even own one! Microsoft never calls out of the blue like that. What a load of idiots!!!
