Got a call from someone saying they were Microsoft, saying my computer was sending out corrupted files. Problem is, my PC wasn’t even switched on at the time. Just so you know, Microsoft won’t ring you up unless you’ve rung them first and asked for a callback, which involves agreeing on a special password. Definitely a scam!
