Someone called saying they were from Amazon, telling me there’d been some dodgy transactions on my account. I said I’d sort it out straight with Amazon, but she insisted that wasn’t doable. She even knew I'd got a one-time password by text and asked me to share it with her. The message clearly said not to give that code to anyone, so I refused and she just ended the call. It all felt quite dodgy, so I’ve reported it to Amazon and now I’m waiting to hear back. I really doubt a legitimate Amazon rep would behave like that.
