Got a call from someone saying I owe money to the court - total scam, don’t even bother with them, just end the call straight away.

This number called me and pretended to be a bailiff saying I had a CCJ against me, demanding cash I definitely didn’t owe. It’s a total con. I found out they’re linked to a scheme where they say they represent some company named the Educational Support Centre, selling books to schools. They usually ring up businesses, get some payments, then keep hassling for more money later on. I’ve reported these scammers to Action Fraud, and if they get in touch with you, you should report them too. Don’t send them anything!
