Got a call from some guy called Daniel saying he knew about my debts. He then asked how much I owed, so I told him ‘999’ - the number I was planning to ring! He got quite pushy after that and started saying he didn’t have the right info but kept insisting I owed money. In the end, I just ended the call.

some bloke rang saying he was from a credit company about some debt i supposedly owed. i told him he had the wrong person. he then wanted me to give details of any credit cards or debts i had. i repeated i didn’t owe anything and then he just ended the call.

He called pretending to be from some business that could clear my debts. When I told him no, he got all creepy and started saying he could do just about anything for me. Real slimy the way he talked.

They said they were from Citizens Advice but totally sounded like scammers to me. Definitely don’t trust that call.

I got a call from someone named Stephen Jones saying I owed money. I told him straight up that he was full of it and that really made him mad.

some bloke rang me saying i was chosen for some government thing that could wipe out 60% of my debts. then they started quizzing me about how much i owed. i said i was busy and couldn’t talk, felt a bit fishy if you ask me!

Got a ring from this number today. The person on the line knew my full name and claimed to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau about some unpaid debts. When he asked if that was right, I told him the info he had was incorrect and that per GDPR, I wanted my details deleted straight away. That seemed to shut him up because he didn’t linger. Once he mentioned the call was about debts, I was sure it was a con - I’ve never heard of Citizens Advice calling people like that.

they said i owe some money or something, didnt even bother explaining. i just hung up and blocked the number straight away.
