Got a robocall saying something about bank security and two suspicious card charges. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to confirm the transactions or whatever it was. I’ve heard this exact thing a couple times already. Total phishing scam, no doubt. Dropped the number straight into my block list.

This number called me and left a voicemail about a supposed problem with HMRC, telling me to press 1 to sort it out. I just hung up straight away. I hardly ever deal with HMRC and they usually get in touch through post anyway.
