Just report the number to 7726, it sets off alerts with all the phone networks for suspicious calls. Sadly, you can’t directly tell the police fraud team through that ‘action fraud’ website anymore because they’ve shut down the reporting form - probably to save money or something. If you’re annoyed about that, maybe contact your local MP. We’re still able to send screenshots of scam messages by email to the cyber crime unit at ‘[email protected]’ plus you should forward any scam texts to 7726 as well.

About 20 mins ago I got a ring from 07855426565, and it was pretty clear it was a scam. The person said they were from some bank security team but never said which bank. Then without even verifying me, they started talking about my bank card being used fraudulently. It was a dodgy prerecorded message, which just didn’t make sense for the situation.
