So this number sent a text to my wife yesterday saying “hey beautiful hope you are good”, turns out this guy recently got into social media. Just a heads up, he’s a bit weird and confused my wife with a woman named Karen who he met at some party in Bury last year. Stay careful! This happened Thursday 19th May 2016 about 12:15pm.

My wife got a text from someone saying "hello beautiful hope you’re well" and it sounded so familiar. Turns out this bloke, calling himself Richard, has done the same thing before. He claimed his name was Richard and asked if my wife was Karen, saying he met her last year at a party in Bury. Honestly, how many warnings do people need to be cautious? This guy is a total weirdo. Best thing is just to ignore the texts - he sent some really inappropriate messages. Sunday 1.5.16 around 8pm

Rod: Seriously, who goes around texting my wife like that when he has others? What’s wrong with this bloke? He seems to take some sick pleasure in messaging randoms he believes to be a Karen he supposedly bumped into at a party in Bury. Says his name’s Richard, yeah right. If that’s true, I wonder what his friends and family would make of it. I bet they wouldn’t be pleased, and neither am I. GEOFF: So, my wife got this message from some guy claiming his name is Richard, saying he met her, Karen, at some party in Bury. Yeah, as if that’s true! Sounds like he’s up to his usual nonsense again. This bloke just doesn’t learn - he’s been spamming people for over a year now, texting out of the blue with lines like "Hello beautiful, hope you're doing well." On the 6th of April at about 1.04pm, I received a message saying "Hello beautiful hope you are well". I quickly blocked the number but couldn't help wondering how they managed to get hold of my phone number. I hardly ever share it, and only with people I trust.

Ann here. Got a text from someone named Richard saying “Hello Beautiful, hope you’re well.” He seemed a bit rude and mentioned stuff about the area. He asked if I was Karen, saying we’d met at a mate’s party. I googled the number and found out this guy’s done the same thing loads of times, texting different people. He never picks up when you ring him. Total weirdo. It was on Tuesday 5/4/16 at about 11:15pm. Just a heads up - don’t reply to any messages or calls from this number!

Just the same as others here, some bloke called Richard rang me sayin’ “Hello Beautiful” and asked if I was alright. Bit cheeky if you ask me. Definitely best not to pick up, total weirdo.

Got a text saying “Hi Gorgeous, hope all’s good” from someone called Richard. Claimed to be Karen from Swinton and said he remembered meeting me at a party in Bury. He seemed to know the area, but honestly, total creeper. Be super cautious if you get anything like this. It came through at about 8.50 pm on Thursday, 31st March 2016.

Got a message today saying "hiya lovely hope you’re doing good x" - looked fishy so I sent it straight to O2’s spam. Not taking any chances, defo wouldn’t respond to that!

Got a text from this number earlier, said something like "hello beautiful hope you're doing alright x". Didn’t have a clue who it was so I replied asking who it was. They said, "Richard, is that Karen?" After a few more messages, I decided to look up the number online and, wouldn’t you know, it’s been flagged before!!
