Just got this random call outta nowhere 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Said something about ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS COMING TO SEIZE ITEMS UNDER WARRANT. Told me to ring 07854438420 if I wanted to avoid any action happening at my house today. Reference number was 9909144. Was proper sketchy!

Just got a message saying someone would show up between 4.30 and 4.45 yesterday to pick up stuff for a parking fine I supposedly owe. Thing is, the fine was for a mate I let use my car, but she never sorted it. Now I’m stuck with it all. In the end, no one came round at all.

Got a message today saying enforcement agents are coming to take stuff away between 5:30 and 5:45 pm under some warrant or order. It also said I might get extra charges and to call 07854438420 to stop it. Just ignored the text and reported it as suspicious.

This ENFORCEMENT call is legit. It’s from NEWLYN PLC BAILIFFS trying to pressure you into paying a debt. I've been getting messages from them every month for over a year now, about 16 months, and just choosing to ignore them. They often say to get in touch with a Mr Thomas, but I just disregard those as well.

I got a text from someone just saying ENFORCEMENT, no phone number, just that name. It pretty much said the same as other folks mentioned - a 15 minute slot for them to come and take stuff away. At the end it had something like "to stop call 07854438420 ref xxxx". Could be some legit debt collectors, maybe from Newlyn or somewhere, but the whole thing felt really pushy. If they actually show up I’ll update this post, but I’m not holding my breath since I haven’t received any official letters or warnings yet. So, not too bothered for now.

Honestly, I wouldn’t be shocked if these calls are real just to give debt collectors some proof they "called" your place. That way they can tack on more fees, even if they didn’t really come by. It’s really awful how they mess with people who are already struggling.

If you owe money, just pay it off and stop moaning about it! But don’t give in to these scare tactics. Pay the person or company you actually owe, or face the consequences like bankruptcy.

Got a text saying it was from some sort of enforcement team, but it's just a con. They tried scaring me with talk about arrest - but bailiffs don’t have the power to arrest over debts. Just ignore it, block the number and delete the message. No need to stress or panic. They can’t come round and take anything, since they only have your phone number, not your address. Honestly, these people should be taken to court for scamming like this.

Got this message from them and decided to ring back. Complete scam trying to scare you into paying up. It said something about enforcement officers coming to seize stuff between 11:30 and 11:45 in the morning. If there’s not enough stuff on site, they claimed they’d send the case back for a warrant and bankruptcy action with extra fees. Don’t fall for it, just block the number and report it. Beware, this is a total scam! If you get a call from this number, just ring it back and tell them, ‘This is an official investigation team, and you are currently being looked into.’ That should give them a taste of their own medicine!
