Got two calls from 07893 406 223 today. I just picked up, said hello, and then cut the call straight away both times. Blocked the number now, no idea who they were!

I received a call claiming to be from the NHS, discussing Covid matters, and they inquired whether I currently resided at the SK15 postcode. I informed them that I hadn't lived there in ages, and pointed out that if they were genuinely from the NHS, they'd already have that information since I’ve visited the hospital and had an ambulance visit last year. At that point, she abruptly ended the call! Quite amusing, really! 😂

I got a call from 07853459023, a bloke with an Asian accent who said he was calling from the NHS track and trace. He started asking for my postcode and then got onto whether I had the NHS covid app and even asked about my life insurance. I just ended the call straight away.

I received a call claiming to be from the NHS, asking if I’ve experienced any COVID symptoms, whether I’ve visited my GP recently, and if I hold any life insurance. It honestly feels like a scam to me. I recommend blocking the number immediately!

I didn’t recognise the number so I just let it ring out. They didn’t leave any voicemail or anything, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

I picked up and heard a lady’s voice, but there was so much static in the background. I had a feeling right away it was one of those scam calls.

I received a rather peculiar call from someone claiming to be Hannah, identifying herself as representing the NHS. Curiously, when I requested her to clarify her identity and the purpose of her call, she abruptly hung up. I've since decided to block that number to avoid any further nonsense.

I answered the phone but the caller just ended the call straight away. Sounds like one of those dodgy scams to me.

Got a call from 07853 469034 claiming they were from the NHS. They asked if I had their app, then went on to confirm my address and postcode, which freaked me out a bit. Next, they wanted to know if I had any Covid symptoms or life insurance covering it as they said it's compulsory now. When I started asking who my insurer was, they just cut the call. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone with a foreign accent talking about the NHS and asking if I had any symptoms and if I was using the app. I stopped listening when he began taking about private health insurance. Strangely, he did know my name and address, but something about it felt off and not quite legit.

Somebody rang me pretending to be from the NHS, asking if I had life insurance. I told her I did but wasn’t going to say which company. She got quite upset and kept insisting I give her the details. Then she said she’d call again the next day and said I’d better have that information ready!

I’ve just received a call from this number, and it turned out to be someone from the NHS checking whether I or any family members were displaying any symptoms of covid. They had my complete name, postcode, and even the first line of my address. Normally, I’d be suspicious and assume it’s a scam, but honestly, I’m inclined to think this one is legitimate.

They were aware of my name, address, and of course, my phone number, and they mentioned they were looking to update their database. Before I knew it, they were inquiring about my life insurance and private health coverage-specifically who I’m insured with and the amount of my cover. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Received a call from this number on my mobile yesterday. The accent was quite thick and hard to understand. The caller claimed to be from the NHS, inquiring if I had downloaded the Track and Trace app, whether I had a local doctor, and if I'd seen them in the last couple of months. I informed him that I wouldn’t be disclosing any personal details and he kept insisting he was legit. He even mentioned my full address and postcode, but I couldn't shake the feeling it was dodgy. Then he pivoted to questions about private medical cover and life insurance. I reiterated that I wouldn't provide any answers but confirmed that yes, I had the app. I added that if he needed further info, he'd have to check with my GP himself. Having worked for the council for two decades, I remember during the lockdown we had to make calls to individuals on the at-risk list, and we were always upfront about the fact we wouldn't ask personal details, offering our council number for verification if required. This caller, however, was unwilling to share any contact details, which raised a red flag for me.

I got a call from this number just now, answered with a hello but no one replied. Sounds like a scam to me, we’re getting loads of these dodgy calls recently.

Got a phone call where the bloke kept calling me Miss Mary, but couldn't say my last name properly even though it's pretty common. Then he jumped straight into personal health stuff without any introduction. I asked for his details and he just hung up. Sounds like a scam to me - if it looks dodgy it probably is. I’ve blocked and reported the number. This happened on 24.11.2020.

Somebody rang me but I couldn't answer.

Tried calling back but the number didn’t show up, so I couldn’t pick up. Not sure who it was, ended up blocking the number.

Tried returning the call after I saw a missed call, but couldn’t get hold of anyone. Decided to block the number now.

I got a call from an unknown number, but I didn’t answer. There wasn’t a word from the other end and then the call just ended abruptly.

I had a rather peculiar encounter the other day. A woman rang me up, claiming to be affiliated with NHS Track and Trace, and was probing for my personal information. I told her straight up that it struck me as rather odd for the NHS to call from a mobile phone. If I were facing any health concerns, I’d sooner reach out to my GP myself!

Got a call on my home phone, but they didn’t leave any message. Used Call Guardian to handle it, and now I’m planning to block that number for good.

If you choose not to leave a voicemail, there’s really no way for us to figure out who’s calling or what you need!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from the NHS... I'm quite sceptical about that.

I’ve just had a call from them too, and they were asking the same sort of questions. They wanted to know if I had their app installed on my phone, then moved on to quiz me about life insurance and similar matters. Quite curious, really!

I received a phone call inquiring about whether I was experiencing any symptoms of covid and if I had the app installed on my device. Subsequently, the conversation drifted towards topics like healthcare and life insurance-quite baffling, really! I'm utterly confused.

Inquired about symptoms related to COVID and then transitioned into questions regarding Life Insurance.

Someone rang me claiming to be from the FCA, saying they wanted to chat about the hefty payments I was supposedly making and my debt consolidation. I informed him politely that I had no debts to speak of, and then he inquired about my life insurance provider, insisting I should have cover for Covid-19. He stated that once he documented this, my life insurance company would reach out to me to provide the cover at no cost. I firmly refused to divulge any details and made it clear I recognised his attempts as those of a scammer. His manner shifted, becoming quite aggressive after that.
