Got two calls from 07893 406 223 today. I just picked up, said hello, and then cut the call straight away both times. Blocked the number now, no idea who they were!

Somebody rang me claiming they were from the NHS, chatting about covid stuff and asking if I was still at SK15. I told them I’d not lived there for ages, and if they really were NHS, they’d already know since I've been hospitalised and had an ambulance called out a while back. After that, they just ended the call 😂

I got a call from 07853459023, a bloke with an Asian accent who said he was calling from the NHS track and trace. He started asking for my postcode and then got onto whether I had the NHS covid app and even asked about my life insurance. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the NHS, asked if I've had any COVID symptoms, if I visited a GP recently, and even about my life insurance. Sounds like a total scam to me. Best to just block that number straight away.

I didn’t recognise the number so I just let it ring out. They didn’t leave any voicemail or anything, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

I picked up and heard a lady’s voice, but there was so much static in the background. I had a feeling right away it was one of those scam calls.

Someone rang me claiming to be from the NHS and said her name was Hannah. She wanted to speak to me by my title. When I asked her to say again who she was and her organisation, she just hung up on me. After that, I blocked the number straight away.

I answered the phone but the caller just ended the call straight away. Sounds like one of those dodgy scams to me.

Got a call from 07853 469034 claiming they were from the NHS. They asked if I had their app, then went on to confirm my address and postcode, which freaked me out a bit. Next, they wanted to know if I had any Covid symptoms or life insurance covering it as they said it's compulsory now. When I started asking who my insurer was, they just cut the call. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone with a foreign accent talking about the NHS and asking if I had any symptoms and if I was using the app. I stopped listening when he began taking about private health insurance. Strangely, he did know my name and address, but something about it felt off and not quite legit.

Somebody rang me pretending to be from the NHS, asking if I had life insurance. I told her I did but wasn’t going to say which company. She got quite upset and kept insisting I give her the details. Then she said she’d call again the next day and said I’d better have that information ready!

Got a call from this number earlier, it was someone from the NHS checking if anyone in my household was experiencing covid symptoms. They already had my full name, postcode and the first part of my address. Normally, i'd be suspicious and think it’s a scam, but this time I actually think it was legit.

Got a call from a bloke with a foreign accent claiming he was from the NHS, asking if I had any symptoms and if I used their app. When he started going on about private medical insurance, I told him to stop. Oddly enough, he did already have my name and address. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call the other day from someone claiming to be the NHS. They had all my details - my name, address and obviously my number. They said they needed to update the NHS records. Then things got weird when they started asking about my life insurance and private health cover, like who I’m insured with and the cover amounts! Was a bit dodgy if you ask me.

Yesterday I got a call on my mobile from this number, with a strong accent that was quite hard to catch. The person said they were ringing from the NHS, asking if I’d downloaded the Track and Trace app and if I’d seen my local GP recently. I told them straight away I wasn’t comfortable answering any personal questions. They kept insisting they were from the NHS and even told me my full address and postcode, but something felt off. Then they started probing about private health insurance and life insurance, which really raised my suspicions. I refused to answer anything except confirming I’d got the Track and Trace app, and said if they needed more info I’d check with my own doctor. I’ve worked at the council for 20 years, and during lockdown we had to call people on the vulnerable list using NHS data, but we always made it clear we wouldn’t ask personal questions and gave our contact details so people could verify the call. This caller refused to provide any contact info, which made me worry it was probably a scam.

I got a call from this number just now, answered with a hello but no one replied. Sounds like a scam to me, we’re getting loads of these dodgy calls recently.

Got a phone call where the bloke kept calling me Miss Mary, but couldn't say my last name properly even though it's pretty common. Then he jumped straight into personal health stuff without any introduction. I asked for his details and he just hung up. Sounds like a scam to me - if it looks dodgy it probably is. I’ve blocked and reported the number. This happened on 24.11.2020.

Somebody rang me but I couldn't answer.

Tried calling back but the number didn’t show up, so I couldn’t pick up. Not sure who it was, ended up blocking the number.

Tried returning the call after I saw a missed call, but couldn’t get hold of anyone. Decided to block the number now.

I got a call from an unknown number, but I didn’t answer. There wasn’t a word from the other end and then the call just ended abruptly.

Someone rang me claiming to be from the NHS.

Some woman called saying she was from NHS Track and Trace and wanted my details. I told her I’m not daft enough to think the NHS would use a mobile to call and that if I had any health problems I’d just ring my GP myself.

Got a call on my home phone, but they didn’t leave any message. Used Call Guardian to handle it, and now I’m planning to block that number for good.

If you choose not to leave a voicemail, there’s really no way for us to figure out who’s calling or what you need!

Got a call the other day from someone claiming to be with the NHS... not convinced at all.

I just got a call from them too, asking if I had some sort of app on my phone. Then they started asking about life insurance and stuff like that. It felt really suspicious.

Someone rang me up and first asked if I was showing any Covid symptoms and if I’d installed the app on my phone. Then they suddenly started chatting about healthcare and life insurance stuff. Honestly, I’m not sure what that was about.

I got a call where the person started asking if I had any symptoms related to COVID, then suddenly they switched the topic and were asking about Life Insurance stuff. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call from someone saying they were with the FCA, wanting to talk about the large payments I supposedly was making and some debt consolidation. I told them I didn’t have any debts at all. Then they switched and asked about my life insurance, saying I should have Covid-19 cover included, and once they had the details, my insurer would ring me back to sort it out for free. I refused to share any details and told them straight up I knew it was a scam. After that, they got quite rude and aggressive.
