Got this dodgy call pretending to be from HMRC, saying I owe them tax. It was some automated voice telling me to press 1, then a person got really shouty demanding payment straight away. When I asked for my PAYE number they just cut off. Earlier today, I got another call from 07701 407151, which I blocked - turns out it’s linked to the same scam. Just a heads up, HMRC emails you letters, they don’t ring you out of the blue.
