Got a text from this number saying I've got an outstanding PCN that needs paying today. It asks me to put in my vehicle registration and says if I don't click the link and provide my details, my driving licence will be taken away. No info about any company, just a link that says something like u-k-parking. It's not possible though, since I've got a blue badge and only use disabled spots, never park on yellow lines or anywhere I shouldn’t.
