I've got a 3UK mobile line and while I’m certainly with 3, there seems to be a right mix-up on this site. My account is all in order with the direct debit sorted for an unlimited data plan. Yet, this 3UK nonsense claims there’s been an issue with the payment processing - sounds a bit far-fetched to me!

I’m with O2 myself and got a rather dodgy message from this number on the 26th of December, 2020. It claimed that O2 was unable to process my payment and included a link to a website that turned out to be a dead end, giving a 404 error. I’d already settled my bill earlier in the month, and it’s quite clear that clicking on that link could lead you straight into the hands of scammers looking to pinch your bank details! Best to steer clear of this one!
