On Bank Holiday Monday, 5th May 2025 around 5:25pm, I got a WhatsApp call from a bloke using this number. He claimed to be the Head of Finance at Bitcoin and said he wanted to help me recover my bitcoin. He asked me to show the balance in my bank account so he could transfer the bitcoins over. I told him I wasn’t home and reminded him it was a public holiday. Despite that, he kept pushing so I just ended the call and asked him not to call me again. I’ve blocked the number now, but I reckon he might ring me from another number tomorrow.
