Today I got a text from this number saying it was PayPal, claiming my account had been suspended and my money was frozen. They included a link to "reactivate" my account. Definitely a scam, don’t click on it!

Last week I got a text from this number saying there was strange activity on my Paypal account. It had a link that led to a site asking for my login info and details from my credit card, even the CVC. I checked with Paypal and they said they never send texts like that, so I figure it was someone pretending to be someone else, maybe faking a normal number, hoping I’d be daft enough to click. Sadly, I reckon some folks might be tricked and end up losing a good bit of cash.
