I was told by Citizens Advice to hang about for their call. Proper annoying, honestly!

I got a call from someone claiming they were with Citizen Advice, saying they were collecting debts I supposedly owed. I told them I had no debts, and when I was firm about it, they just ended the call. The voice sounded American, which struck me as quite dodgy.

This number rang me up and when I told them I was at work, they accused me of not telling the truth. They kept going on about me lying, even mentioned bailiffs or something. I just ended the call. Watch out for this one!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from credit fraud, asking for someone who doesn’t live here - sounded like an Asian accent. When I questioned if they were calling from the UK, they quickly hung up. This is the fourth time this number has rung me and it’s starting to feel really annoying. I’ve blocked them now, so if they try again they’ll just hear "this phone is switched off". Pretty sure it’s a scam, so I’m treating it as a risky number.

Someone called me, but when I tried ringing back, it said the phone was either turned off or couldn’t get through.
