Just got a message saying my o2 bill didn’t pay but when I looked on my bank app everything was sorted. Be careful and don’t press the link in that text! Better to check your account directly elsewhere first!

This afternoon, I received a rather concerning text from O2 stating that my recent payment didn’t go through and that I must update my billing details. Interestingly, it appears this number is actually linked to EE. I would imagine there's not much more to elaborate on.
