Given my status as a pensioner, such expenses are simply unfeasible for me. I took the necessary steps to cancel this service - I called, I texted, and even reached out via the helpline on 14th December 2015. Additionally, I contacted Virgin when I first spotted this charge. I'm baffled as to how this amount was still taken. I’ve now terminated my Direct Debit with Virgin and would kindly request a refund of £23.28, as my mobile plan only costs £11.00 per month, which will help prevent any further deductions.
