11 yearsI noticed a charge of £34.28 taken from my bank, for a service I cancelled immediately once I found out it cost £4.50 a week. Being on a pension, I can't afford that. I made sure to cancel it through text, phone, and the helpline back on 14th December 2015 and even rang Virgin when I first spotted the charge. Honestly, I don’t know how you still took the money. I’ve since stopped my Direct Debit with Virgin, and I’d like to request a refund of £23.28 since I only pay £11 a month for my mobile to avoid extra charges.
